Returns Policy

All of the products that we sell are new and factory sealed unless otherwise noted on the item page. If your Blu-ray, DVD, or other merchandise is defective due to a flaw in manufacturing, we will promptly exchange the product for another of the same title. When purchasing noted Imperfect items all sales are final.

  • Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If your merchandise is defective, the item(s) can be exchanged within thirty (30) days of the date of your shipment. If you are a Got Anime member, your products can be returned or exchanged within sixty (60) days of the date of your shipment. The return item shipping is the shopper's responsibility. However, the replacement item will be shipped to you for free.

If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, you will need to submit a case by filling out the info at the bottom of this page. Once you submit the case, you will be contacted by our customer care team and we will require images of your damaged or defective item(s) as well as the package. If the order has been lost, you will need to fill out this claim form with the information necessary. We will then process a replacement order. Please note: Postal or Carrier claims can take up to 30 days for domestic shipments and 45 days for international shipments to be fully investigated by said carrier.

Once you submit your case using the form below, you will be able to upload the images and the claim document to your case.

  • Unopened Products to be Returned

Unopened products can be returned or exchanged for the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of the date of your shipment. If you are a Got Anime member, your unopened products can be returned or exchanged within sixty (60) days of the date of your shipment. Please note that any refunds that result in the original order falling below the free shipping threshold will result in your refund being reduced by the shipping amount.

Note: Slip covers are not guaranteed on all items even if the item is pictured with one on the website. Publishers change specifications on items and RightStufAnime.com can not be responsible for typographical or pricing errors and/or any inaccuracies in product descriptions, imagery and specifications provided to us by publishers.

Special Ordering Note: All figure sales are final. It may be returned for an exchange if defective if a replacement is not available a Gift Card will be issued. This same policy can apply to other products based on the publisher, make certain you read product descriptions thoroughly.

You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning the product(s).

To obtain your Return Authorization number, complete the form below to begin the returns process. Customer care will return to you a Return Authorization number, along with a packslip containing the details of the return. It is very important to include this form with your shipment so that we can match you to your return when it is received!

Note: Products returned without necessary paperwork, without a return authorization number, without any documentation or more than thirty (30) days (60 days for GA members) after the shipment date, may be refused and returned to the customer. Should we decide to process the return you will be charged a restocking fee of 15% and any damaged product will be deducted from your refund. Products refused or undeliverable are subject to the restocking fee and return shipping being deducted from the refund. The return item shipping is the shopper's responsibility.

Additional Info: While we understand that returns will happen if you have more than a 3% return rate in a rolling calendar year, your account will come under system review and may result in your purchasing privileges being revoked. If you have additional questions, please review our Terms of Use.
