This contest is open to anyone in the contiguous United States and Canada 14 years and older. By submitting the following information, you are stating that you are 14 and over. By entering, participants release Right Stuf, Inc. and their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this drawing. If you submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Right Stuf, Inc. all rights of creative property to use throughout the world in any media. You grant Right Stuf, Inc. the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the drawing shall constitute and signify the winner's consent that Right Stuf, Inc. may use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, review, statements made by the winner about the promotion or Right Stuf, Inc. and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. The grand prize winners shall be notified within 10 days of the conclusion of the drawing. If a prize is won by a minor, prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner.
