oh, this was DELIGHTFUL.
Our herone is isekai'd into a novel, and the character she inhabits is not the hero or the villain but a side character with a sad fate. Obviously that won't do, and she sets out to use her knowledge of the story for blackmail, political machinations, and general perspective. The art style is simple and there's no creativity in the paneling but the colors are vibrant and it's everything you need to enjoy the story. But the real highlight is the dynamic between the lead male and female characters. We are in banter city and I want to live there forever. The way they play off each other is SO fun to read, everything flows so well and is snappy and snarky without going too far. I can't wait to read more!
