Flyers fall from the sky, beckoning the denizens of Tomobiki to attend the new amusement park at the outskirts of town. Lum, Ataru, and all their friends head to the park hoping for a day of fun and relaxation, but soon find themselves witness to strange occurrences none of them can explain! Undeterred, they take in the magic show of the mysterious magician Ruu, but things go awry when Ataru volunteers to be in the magic show and finds himself turned into a hippopotamus! Lum suddenly goes missing, too, and after a while the entire town finds itself becoming, well... boring and normal. Has Lum really abandoned Ataru in his hippo-like state to find someone else, or is there a terrible secret hidden deep within Tomibiki Marchenland? Another Quality "Urusei Yatsura" Blu-ray from Discotek!

Visually, the improvement of this Blu-ray over the AnimEigo DVD release is night versus day. As with other “Urusei Yatsura” Blu-rays, some may criticize the lack of an open-matte version. Personally, I'm fine with the matted-widescreen framing, since this reflects the way it was seen in theaters.
Audio is available in three versions: Japanese 2.0 mono, Japanese 2.0 stereo, and English 2.0 stereo. Unlike “Only You”, Discotek opted to use DTS-HD Master Audio encoding instead of the Linear PCM format.
One thing worth noting is that the stereo mix of the music and effects on the English dub varies from the Japanese track. I don't remember hearing as much difference between the two language tracks on the AnimEigo DVD and the Japanese stereo track on this Blu-ray is no doubt a fresher mix.
Extras include trailers and a digest film.
This is another quality “Urusei Yatsura” Blu-ray from Discotek and a leap ahead of the previous AnimEigo DVD.
