About Turn A Gundam Collection 2 Blu-ray

Turn A Gundam Collection 2 contains episodes 26-50 of the anime directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino.

Wishing to turn the tide of war, Guin Rhineford leads the Earth Militia into space aboard the Willghem. His hope is that a solution for the conflict might be reached once they arrive at the Moon. However, Queen Dianna's absence has caused disarray for the government she had left behind and created a power vacuum in the Moonrace leadership. Meanwhile, for the sake of his friends, Loran Cehack continues to assist Guin Rhineford by piloting the Turn A Gundam. But as his knowledge of the machine's operation grows, so too do his concerns about its terrible past recorded in the Dark History. Under what circumstances could a weapon this powerful have come to be forgotten?

Special Features: Clean Opening and Clean Closing. Plus a 3-part interview with Mechanical Designer Syd Mead (Blade Runner, Aliens, Tron). 80 minutes of extras!

Best Blind Buy Ever!

What a fantastic and unique Gundam series. The last to be animated on painted cels before going digital. Turn A Gundam is a turning point of the Gundam franchise as it transitions to the Digital Age with an interesting yet slightly muddled expansion of the lore.

Great looking transfer, good story.

Never watched Turn A before now. The story in here is pretty great and a lot of the preconceptions I had that kept be from watching it before were wrong. Mecha and character designs have grown on me. I bought the DVD, started watching it and recently upgraded to to Blu Ray. What a difference the Blu Ray makes in quality!! Looks brilliant!

Still underrated

The action eventually moves to space in the second half of Turn A Gundam, but the surprises keep coming. There's the shocking revelation of the Dark History, the Turn A's nemesis mobile suit, and the true place in the universe for Loran and friends. Turn A Gundam simply can't be missed.

Most Interesting Gundam Universe yet!

Got the 2nd half of Turn A Gundam. It's a great run. It provides great mystery from other eras of the Gundam Universe. I think it has great potential for a comeback sequel.
