Awesome, Buy it

New school year and a new crowd of classmates, and for their final year of junior high. A writer Kotarou Azumi and track team member Akane Mizuno end up in the same class. They are complete strangers. Encounters stir an innocent desire within their hearts, learning what they want. A yearning gaze, a fluttering heart—the hallmarks of young love slip into their lives as fate brings their paths to a cross.
I bought this one, not seeing it before. I took a risk. I usually don't buy before watching, especially if not dub. This one blew me away. I just couldn't stop watching. This is awesome. It is a must buy.
A kind of poetic snapshot of first love.

Even though this show is about kids i think it's better enjoyed as an adult reminiscing on that period. No problem to watch with younger ones though.
This show made me cringe with moments i'd rather forget from my own life, and feel melancholic in others. The show got under my skin and made me feel things. They captured two relatively well-adjusted kids trying to navigate how to behave in a romantic connection for the first time. In these moments where awkwardness seemed almost too drawn out the silence was really deafening. These parts of the show totally slayed me and i loved it so much. The minor characters were great too. No big action but small everyday gestures can be as explosive here. Wonderful slice of life for fans of the genre. Wish they would give us another season for how they wrap it up as the credits rolled because that was quick. Still, great show. Wish there were more. Recommended.
