About Trigun Badlands Rumble DVD

Badlands Rumble is a theatrical side story to the Trigun TV series.

In town surrounded by quicksand, an outlaw from Vash the Stampede's past has resurfaced after twenty years. His name is Gasback - and he's looking to cause a little trouble. It seems Gasback has a serious beef with the town's mayor, who's paying dozens of bounty hunters to protect his turf.

One of those hired guns is a beautiful woman with a vendetta against Gasback. Will she get a shot at revenge? Maybe, if she can get through Gasback's bodyguard, Wolfwood. And what's Vash got to do with this mess? Nothing much - except for the fact that he personally set off the entire chain of events two decades ago!

Very Good, Just what I thought it would be..

It was like it was pulled right out of the Series, this is a good stand alone movie.
It could have been a three or four episode story arc within the series itself.
I would have to go back ( and I will soon ) and watch the series to see just where this movie could Of fit.

Vash already knows Meryl, Milly and Wolfwood, but this movie takes place ..IN BETWEEN.. the varies time that the 4 of them where traveling together.
I know that in the Series they all would depart from one another's company from time to time,
What happened in this movie was one of those times ( mostly )
And the new lead female character I knew right off the bat
…. 'Colleen Clinkenbeard' ….

Very worthy of the Trigun title.

This movie is incredible. If you're a Trigun fan then you will love it because it is everything that makes Trigun so awesome.

The only thing I'm disappointed in is that there aren't any English extras. There are plenty of Japanese extras but I'm kind of surprised that aren't any English cast interviews... there should have been at least one with Johnny Yong Bosch.

Great film for a great series!

Trigun was the first anime I was introduced to, so it always had a special place for me. It was great to see a film for it so many years after the series as well, reflecting it's long lasting love.

The first thing I noticed was the great visuals. I loved seeing all the familiar faces, and the new characters were unique as well. The plot was well done with music that really drew me in. Overall, I can definitely recommend this to anyone who loves Trigun!
