should be a save edition. this shows first half was decent. second half was awful.

One of my all time favourites

This anime is absolutely spectacular! If you care for every character and their own actions, this series as a whole then buy the release. I highly recommend for active, thrill seeking people or those who like character mystery and detective work which doesn't get over in depth to understand.

The emotions are all real to the characters age and backstory, which is shrouded. Trickster is one of my all time favourite anime ever, which is not everyone but if you like or love Trickster I highly recommend the physical release.

Great anime for thrill seekers, active people who like detective work that doesn't go to over your head

Kobayashi is great! Everything else is not.

Kobayashi (the boy who can't die) is really the only interesting part of this show. The individual cases are just ok, the other characters are fine but nothing special, the villain is completely tied to Akechi and his backstory, which are terribly uninteresting.

But Kobayashi is fun. He's cold, uncaring, and just wants to die, gosh darn it! He's seriously the only reason to watch the show, which would have been a 2-star without him.
