Life Is Like A River, Everflowing

Again, the nice blend of politics, mystery and fun. The Consorts are given more dimensionality, and MaoMao discovers things about the past which many may want hidden, as well as ways in which the Inner Court has touched on her own life. Sadness and misunderstanding were thick in this volume, but it looks like there is finally some growth toward understanding, especially for Jinshi (and maybe dense ol' MaoMao.)
