Great as Always

This series really does such a good job with its world building. The author gives us all sorts of details about how the world works, its political and economic structure, and the people who run those structures, even if those details aren't impactful immediately. As such, I was very happy to get to dive deep into this Council that we've been hearing about for so long. Straight up politics can sometimes be difficult to write about in a both detailed and interesting way, but thankfully the author held my attention as always. We've reached book 10, and even though it feels like some longstanding issues are coming to a close, I can see a lot more topics that the author could choose to write about, and I'm looking forward to seeing where this series takes us.
