Good Plot Transition but Fast Paced.

by -

This volume concludes Kumo's face off with, Mother, the last boss monster from the Great Dungeon and Kumo's own creator.
I consider fights and action are very important in an Isekai. There were some issues I had with this fight, but after rereading and reflecting on it, its not enough to make me that upset.

We finally get a better look into the human world in this parallel universe. I found it very interesting, but I also couldn't help but think the pacing of the second half volume was super quick. It almost seems like the fast pacing is due to decisions made by the editors. Like they wanted to cram in as many plot points as possible from the Light Novel so that the explanation wouldn't bore readers. I'm not sure if I'm okay with this as World-building is also important in an Isekai even if it takes longer to set up.

This volume features a short bonus comic at the end and an afterword from the author.
