A varied collection with personality, pick up if you’re a fan of urasawa
by Shamar -
I did not see any reviews on this and took a chance since I was interested in the author’s other works. I’m glad I picked it up, unlike his other works you get a peak into urasawa’s personality and interests through these short stories and get to see how his works have progressed. I recommend you pick it up if you are an urasawa fan, and even if you aren’t the art and stories are still great, anyone can enjoy them.
Essential Anthology if you love Urasawa
by Ryan -
If you have read any of Urasawa’s other works, then this is a must have. I found that this collection gave more insight into the life of Urasawa himself as a few short stories were centered around his own experiences and hobbies. I was surprised on how many colored pages there were. Two stories were completely in color, so this book is also a great chance to see the variation of urasawa’s art.
Of course the quality is great as it’s under the Viz signature line.
Fun anthology series!

So this was my first introduction to his work. Ive heard of monster and 20th century and few others but decided to start w this one. The cover and colors are really nice and theres an older chick sneezing too in a color page after the cover. Each story was unique and kept me interested to binge read all of them. Highly recomend this to anyone. Id give it a 7.8/10 , Now i must decide which of his other series to invest into. Wish there was another viz sale lol
