Well animated Getter Robo insanity

Shin Getter vs Neo Getter is one of those OVAs that I really like doesn't really appeal to many people outside Getter Robo fans. Its strengths are the opening scene, which adapts a scene from the original manga very well, and the action scenes are pretty great as well. Plot is your standard Getter Robo insanity, and if you enjoy over the top action, you'll like this OVA. Animation is great, music is great, OP theme is great. Just don't expect much in the way of a complex narrative.
Getter Robo? Yes please.

I didn't realize that it was in Japanese, but that's cool. It is very similar to Getter Robo Armageddon, but it's not a sequel. It's full of giant robots destroying monsters and cities being crushed. Love mecha? You will enjoy this.
