Perfect Planet Power
by Navi
This volume concludes the first arc. I liked this arc as you could see the connections between the characters and their past selves and past allies. I wish we got more information about the princes guards.
The cover of the volume shows the new trend of including the sailor scout and the planet associated with the scout which is different from the original volumes. There is color pages on the inside also fitting with the color of the sailor scout.
