About Rio Rainbow Gate Reshuffled DVD

Rio: Rainbow Gate - Reshuffled contains episodes 1-14 with a new English language dub.

Based on a popular Japanese arcade game, RIO: Rainbow Gate is set at a big gambling casino on a lavish island resort and follows the exploits of Rio Rollins, a dealer nicknamed The Goddess of Victory, who brings exceptional luck to gamblers with her magical presence. The show is filled with colorful characters, wild costumes and exotic settings.

The new English dub was produced at the Fever Dreams Sound Factory and co-directed by Brittany Lauda of Kocha Sound and Amber Lee Connors of Sound Cadence Studios. this DVD will not Play on you PS OR Xbox the Company is no good to buy DVD from if you want them to work you have to buy the Blu - ray

Who still uses DVD-R for professional recordings?

by -

If you already have the earlier Rio Rainbow Gate, don't bother buying this set. You're gambling whether or not you'll actually get three discs that will actually work in your optical player, no matter how old or whether or not it's connected to the Internet to occasionally get updates. The dub isn't improved enough over the previous version to justify getting another set.

An entertaining show with a enjoyable setting

I watched these on my computer and the discs worked completely fine. So just be cautious. Now onto the show. Rio Rainbow Gate is a show I knew nothing about and got it when it was on sale cause it looked interesting. At the end, I will say that this show was entertaining. The Gate battles were the highlight of the show, showing off the wonders of casino gamblings with some mysterious powers mixed in. On the other hand, the show did take me a while to get into it. It just needed something more to hook me in. The last episode felt rushed and the antagonists' reasonings either felt off or just confusing. It ends with a cliff hanger and the bonus episode is just extra filler, but it does make you think. The dub was pretty good, though, I did notice quite a bit of scenes where characters would be talking and no dialogue was coming out. But they did cast Mike Pollock (Dr. Eggman and past 4kids dubs) as Howard which I loved. Albeit a few problems, this show was still enjoyable to watch.
