Wild card Sumi!

Rent-A-(Really Shy)-Girlfriend manga focus on Sumi who appeared in main Rent a Girlfriend manga. In this side story we follow Sumi daily routine. We see her eat her favorite snacks, works her rental girlfriend job and have idol aspiration. However she really shy and struggle to speak. There all this inner thoughts and monologue going on. Sumi racking her brain to engage in conversations and take action. Fortunately she meets Chizuru who gives her advice on how to be a better rental. I think we all can relate to Sumi at some point. We either have been shy or struggle to engage in daily life. I am glad they made Sumi into a side story manga since all the other characters in main story had more time. Sumi remains a wild card and I look forward to seeing what volume 2 will do. I really hope Sumi breaks out of her shell.

Rent-A-(Really Shy)-Girlfriend was a great surprise! Sumi is such a fun and likable character and following her journey is a blast. This manga is definitely more chill than its predecessor but we're into it. Can't wait to see more of Sumi's story!

This manga was such a nice read! It's so cute and wholesome. I love the Rent a Girlfriend manga a lot, so I just had to preorder this volume. It was definitely worth the wait! I love Sumi so much and it was nice to see more of her character. She's so sweet and hard-working. Even though Sumi is super shy, she does works hard to be the best rental girlfriend she can. It's nice to see Chizuru help her out. I can relate to Sumi a lot because I'm pretty shy too, and I feel like we all need a friend like Chizuru to help us get out of our comfort zone. I'm looking forward to what Volume 2 has in store and I hope that Sumi can be more confident!

If you like the character Sumi from the original story then you'll LOVE this. Was awesome to get to see a different side of the story and follow Sumi around in her endeavor to not be so shy. This one leads up to the date she has with Kazuya. It was super adorable and fun to read. Looking forward to the volume 2.

This first volume of Rent-A-(Really Shy!)-Girlfriend I personally really really enjoyed, it takes a really cute and shy character that does not appear too much in the main story and builds up and adds a lot to her character. After reading this I felt much more respect and sympathy for Sumi and I feel like that this volume does a great job at making you care more about her. looking forward to the next volume!
Amazing Spin-off and very relatable

When I first got this book I just thought it would be nice because Sumi is my favorite but then once I read it the story had me laughing all the time and was really relatable, I highly recommend this spin-off if you're a fan of the main series.
