A must buy if you want to conclude the TV series

by -

What a great movie! Every character from the TV anime is back in this movie to some degree, and this time we finally understand the reason why Sakuta has those claw-like scars on his chest. The girl Sakuta first fell in love with three years ago has returned, and now causes complications with current girlfriend Mai.

Just when you think this movie is predictable, your in for a most dramatic and emotional story that is a must see! Brilliant, as it leaves you with a heartfelt reaction during and at its core conclusion!

Extremely High Quality

by -

This is a great Blu ray release. The Blu ray's quality was just impeccable, the booklet was very nice, and the box was very high quality.
If I had to say one flaw with this release its that it didn't come with an art card for Shoko like Bunny Girl Senpai did for the other main girls, rather just a folded piece of paper that leaves a crease, but its not enough to warrant a low rating.
The movie itself is nearly perfect, and entirely lives up to the standards the first season set.
If you like the Bunny Girl Senpai series then you will like this Blu ray release.

Excellent Continuation Of The Tv Series

by

I saw this a few months ago and was really struck by how poignant this movie was. It had a well written script and the characters were better realized than they were in the tv series. There were several heart breaking events here. If you liked the tv series then you owe it to yourself to see this.

A must watch for Bunny Girl Senpai fans

by -

Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl is spectacular. If you love the series then you NEED to watch this film. Dreaming Girl continues the story in an excellent way and concludes it rather well also. There is still more content in the manga that hasn't been covered but, they end this in a way that is satisfying. My only complaint is that it's a little pricey. The case, art, and artbook are all top notch.

A must watch conclusion for an anime

by -

I recently Rewatched rascal doesn’t dream of bunny girl senpai and got back into that “second season when?” Mindset. So after a quick search into it I found There was a movie. Sadly it wasn’t on any streaming service and I couldnt buy a digital copy. So I bought It and honestly It’s beautiful, the artwork on the box is gorgeous , there’s a small art booklet and a small poster of sorts in there as well.

It's Simple: If You Love the Series, You'll LOVE the Movie

by -

The film picks up almost exactly where the series left off, and is dedicated to tying up the loose threads around Shoko Makinohara's character and deepening Mai and Sakuta's relationship. It's as beautiful, emotional, visceral, and sweet as any of the arcs in the main series.

As for the product itself, the cover art is beautiful, and the slipcover is sturdy. The included art book isn't mind blowing, but definitely a nice touch that makes it worth the slightly higher price if you're on the fence.

You don't want to miss out on this one. It's one of my favorite anime films of all time. See it, for the love of the gods.

The quality of the blu-ray is really nice. The packaging, booklet, etc, make for a nice little set. The movie itself is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend it.

Excellent product, satisfying conclusion to the series.

by -

Excellent product, satisfying conclusion to the series. Answers many questions the show left while also providing an excellent storyline with a few sobs along the way. Absolutely lives up to the quality that the show provided.

You should buy it

by

The TV show was great, prompting me to buy this movie (and the show), and the movie was probably even better than the show. The quality of the blu-ray was top notch. This is a rare show and movie that's worth owning and I don't regret dropping the money for both.

A Good Way to End the Complete Series!

by -

I've seen this movie at a limited screening in theatres with a friend also a fan of Bunny Senpai in late 2019 from Canada. So it was no surprise to wait for the release from Aniplex USA & buy it ASAP from RightStuf.
This movie covers the 6th & 7th volume of the light novel by Hajime Kamoshida that involves Shoko Makinohara. It's up to Sakuta Azusagawa on whether if he could help her or not on the illness.
What is good about it was the answers on Shoko that was not covered from the TV series. Also, it continues on where is left off from the last episode with the same theme.
My advice is get this to complete your collection like me at a reasonable price for a Rascal Otaku you won't regret it.

Bring Popcorn

by -

As others have said, this is a straight continuation of the anime, and it has a very definitive "conclusion" feel to it. The novel series does continue past this storyline, but this is as far as the anime goes and it does wrap up the various "adolescence syndrome" threads introduced thus far.
The convoluted thinking of the plot points to this one can leave you feeling a bit confused about certain points, but don't worry about it. Everything ends well. That's all you really need to know.

Bunny Girl Senpai's amazing finale

by

Absolutely amazing series, and this movie was the ending we needed to finish the story. Pretty sure I cried for like 30 minutes of it. Easily made it into my top 10 favorite story lines. I'm so sad that there isn't any more to watch, but in my opinion it's one of the most digestible endings to a series.

Amazing for a great price.

by -

It is extremely difficult to find this movie on streaming services. I looked from Netflix to Crunchyroll to no avail. To buy the Blu ray or DVD elsewhere it was 60 to 120 bucks, so I'm like ok... No. This one I bought for only 40 and was brand new had everything! Great animation, great movie.
Btw they package these things to survive the apocalypse lol

A must-have for those who enjoyed the TV Series!

by -

This is the most expensive movie I have ever purchased, but it was well WORTH IT! Without spoiling anything, this is definite must-watch and must-have for those who enjoyed/loved Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai. I feel more complete now that I have seen the "current" conclusion to the "now" ongoing Anime.
