Even better

All the goodness of the first volume plus some of the strategic genius I loved from Deathnote. This volume is a bit darker than the first, which may be good or bad depending on your tastes, but Mirai is still a genuinely likable good guy. Once again the volume ends on a cliffhanger with some very promising material ahead. Do I really have to wait four months for the next volume?!
good not great

This series had me on volume one. However volume two, ironically, put me off it a bit. I have a hard time accepting the terrible terrible people and why the angels think its a great idea to make one of those people God at the end. Call me crazy but if someone were raised to the status of God I would want it to be someone good.
A great continuation to volume 1.

A great part 2 to the first volume, This volume gives you a better look at the mind games this series is going to provide and really engaged me, I do hear alot of complaints about the Villain that is the prime focus of this Mini-arc, but I do believe the Villain is done well, When you wonder why he is the God candidate wait to learn more about his angel to judge. I believe it gives you a peer at the angel in the next volume.
