About Phantasy Star Online 2 Blu-ray

Phantasy Star Online 2 contains episodes 1-12.

Phantasy Star Online 2 is the most popular game on the web, and almost everyone at Seiga Academy is deeply immersed in it. When the school administration begins to worry that the game is causing more harm than good, student council president Rina Izumi sets out to prove PSO2's virtual positives. To confirm her opinion, she recruits Itsuki Tachibana, one of the few students who isn't already hooked, and instructs him to learn how to play so she can study the effects.

What at first seems like a brilliant and simple plan instead lifts the lid off a Pandora's Box filled with unexpected complications. As Itsuki's life undergoes a rapid transformation, it soon becomes clear that PSO2 may be much more than merely a game! In fact, a whole new world waits on the other side of the net!

Special Features: Japanese Commentary, Episode 13 Series Mash-Up, Clean Opening Animation and Clean Closing Animation.

no dubs no buy

waste of time buying this animation show because no english dubbed

Japanese only language and filled with lots of fun and adventure with some supprises

The people who gave this a one star did so because there was no English dub. If that is not an issue for you and you like the franchise over all, I say give this a try. It contains elements of sci-fi themed fantasy adventure, High school romance with slice of life elements, as well as some unexpected surprises along the way. I think it is definitely worth a watch if you like series like .Hack and Sword Art or maybe even the Matrix etc.

make a PSO game worldwide so i can play it on my pc!

for all of you that only watch or buy dubs I can only say this, learn to start watching them. you start to pick up a little bit of the Japanese language (at lease some words and phrases), and you don't miss out on some really good anime titles. I tried to dl this game so many times but was never able to get it to work in my region, so I had to settle for this anime. :( animation and sound fx are good, and follows the phantasy star world throughout for those that are familiar with it.

More than worth it, dubbed or not.

What can I say? I prefer dubs, but if all I can get are subs, I'll deal with it. The story is great, the characters grow on you and by the end you're rooting for the home team. I played some of the old phantasy star games on the sega systems. Wish they had made it to Playstation, but it is what it is. The anime looks great on blu ray. The subbing was easy to read and wasn't broken english. The sound quality was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Pretty much watched it non stop till it was done except for the usually food and nature calls. I'd recommend it to anyone who is a fan of sci-fi, rom-com, or the new kind where you become part of the game type anime. At least these guys could log out.
