"Excuse me, who are you?" Rising pop star Mima has quit singing to pursue a career as an actress and model, but her fans aren't ready to see her go. Encouraged by her managers, Mima takes on a recurring role on a popular TV show, when suddenly her handlers and collaborators begin turning up murdered. Harboring feelings of guilt and haunted by visions of her former self, Mima's reality and fantasy meld into a frenzied paranoia. As her stalker closes in, in person and online, the threat he poses is more real than even Mima knows.

Great Steelbook of Satoshi Kon's First Film

Get this steelbook! Even if you already own the standard edition of "Perfect Blue", the film looks more vibrant, and also has been re-mastered for this steelbook edition.
Besides an exclusive 12-page booklet, the artwork that's shown on the backside of this steelbook is simply awesome. Just one of the most 'memorable' scenes from this classic film...as you'll find out after purchasing.
Don't miss out on this re-mastered edition in a collectable steelbook edition that's sure to sellout as Satoshi Kon's first film, is still his best work in my opinion.

This is such a wonderful release! As someone who loves to own physical editions of my favorite things, this steelbook made me so happy. It was a no-brainer purchase. I adore Satoshi Kon and his work, this is a beautiful way to have Perfect Blue in my collection. The artwork on the front and back covers is just gorgeous, as well as iconic. The 12 page booklet inside is also full of absolutely lovely art, a treat to look at.
The film itself is, of course, incredible as ever. I'm happy to finally own it and I highly recommend it for any fan or anyone that hasn't seen it yet but has been interested. If you've eyed this bluray I think it's worth it.
