About PTSD Radio Manga Volume 3

PTSD Radio manga volume 3 contains volumes 5-6 in an omnibus format and features story and art by Masaaki Nakayama.

YOUR AUNT WON'T STOP STARING AT YOU. “Let's got to the mountains," she says. Over and over.

All night long, you can hear the sound of teeth against your bedroom window. When you wake up, there's hair wrapped around your toes.

Sometimes, things follow you - things you can only see in reflections, or shadows. Maybe if you close your eyes, it'll all go away.

Is the Author Haunted by His Own Story? or is it Smart Marketing?

by -

I've read all 3 volumes & in my opinion Vol. 1 is the strongest in terms of narrative buildup & continuity. I love how the author doesn't spoon feed you the story, instead you're forced to make connections from the various time skips & past short stories in previous chapters. The art is great & this, unlike the story, is consistent in all 3 volumes. Volume 3 continues parts of the story, but a lot of the main story scares become repetitive & lack consequences. Volume 3 also has the author's own side plot about his haunted office, which is interesting, but I felt like he should've committed to telling the main story. It's also unclear if he'll even continue the series due to his illness. In conclusion, it's worth reading if you're curious about the author's supernatural experiences.
