About One-Punch Man Manga Volume 3

One-Punch Man Manga Volume 3 features story by ONE and art by Yusuke Murata.

Nothing about Saitama passes the eyeball test when it comes to superheroes, from his lifeless expression to his bald head to his unimpressive physique. However, this average-looking guy has a not-so-average problem - he just can't seem to find an opponent strong enough to take on!

For three years, Saitama has defeated countless monsters, but no one knows about him... That's because he isn't in the Hero Association's registry! Together with Genos, Saitama decides to take the Hero Association's test! But can they pass?!

New "rival"?

by -

After a bit of a misunderstanding, Saitama runs afoul of a hired killer. This new character gets more than he bargained for, as can be expected by this point, though this challenge seems to make the battle more enticing to him. Expect to see him again. Overall, great humour in this volume mixed in with some cool new ideas for abilities.

Printed on the usual high quality paper, with nice clear images and text.

King of Quality

This manga just seems to have everything! The quality of the paper, the detail and complexity of the artwork, and the story is just so amazing. I love everything about this manga because of all these things and more, but what is funny is that the story in it's own way is still so simple. Saitama is just, as he has said before "a hero for fun." Short, simple, and straight to the point. This volume kinda takes us in a daily life of Saitama and what he is doing now that being a hero has become a legit profession for him and Genos. I also love how the relationship whatever you want to call seems to be going in a direction of a buddying friendship rather than the standard Master/Disciple roles. Loving One-Punch Man so much and can't wait to pick up more volumes.
