Not the best, but it does have it's moments

In my opinion, this wasn’t one of the better One Piece specials. This whole special just felt like an older filler arc that really didn’t go anywhere and is not that memorable like Warship Island or Ocean’s Dream. The beginning and parts throughout were fun and enjoyable, but there were many times where the pacing slows down quite a bit and kinda sullys the rest of the special. I didn't mind Foxy that much in this one, but the one that I did mind was the main antagonist. I like a good villain, but this guy, like I said before, just felt like a filler boss. He has his quirks and battle capabilities, but he's not very memorable. And the final confrontation ended too soon with not much impact. On the brighter side, it is a nice teaser/appetizer before more dubbed episodes come out. The art style and animation are nice, though there’s a couple CGI bits that were a little off. In all, this special is like a high 3 star slash low 4 star. Not the best but has some entertainment value.
