This is GOOD!

This book is amazing!
If you enjoyed reading the Shield Hero series, you like this. The main characters are similar, but this guy has more foresight.
Let's just say I had to finish when I started.

Another isekai to add to the collection~

I was REALLY hoping to like this series. And I did. A lot more then I expected I would! I can see how it could be very similar to the Shield Hero series, but I feel it'd be more accurate to compare it to Arifureta but with less fanservice. The art is really nice and I'm very curious as to where the plot is going! My one quarrel is the pacing is a bit fast? It's not really problematic, but I do hope it's just because it's trying to get through the set up quickly.

It's decent

Honestly I did have a lot of expectations since I love isekai but it was disappointing. The story is okay with the villain being introduced in a okay way. I wished they fleshed out the main character and the other characters but a lot of the characters turned out to be forgettable or just background characters. The only good thing is I do have questions about the motives of the villain's but if you're hoping to give this a try you can but don't expect like a shield hero's revenge story.

Promising premise, but so fast!

This really hits the ground running! I’m hoping the pacing does slow down from its breakneck pace to flesh out the character relationships a bit more, but the hooks are there! Because the plot is moving so fast, a lot of the emotional weight around what unfolds in this volume feel less impactful than they could have, but that might be resolved as the story unfolds.
