Mostly excellent, but suffers in the first half.

Aruka and Kawahara-san craft yet another enjoyable entry to the MLS! universe. This volume almost solely focuses on the themes of admitting ones feelings and rejection. Surprisingly, the story does this from two different points of view and manages to succeed for the most part.
Art: 5/5. Aruko's artwork is just a joy to look at. For the story, it is a perfect match. Also, major props to her being able to change her style for humor and detail.
Story: 4/5. I'm giving the story a -1 from last time for one simple reason: Oda. He just was not a likable character to me and a complete annoyance. Saijo, on the other hand, was an absolute joy. Again, excellent humor but Oda's section could have been better.
Above all, another excellent addition and a must read for fans of the series. The first half was weaker to me in comparison to the second half and the earlier volumes. Don't let this discourage you, read and decide for yourself! P.S. cute bonus story in the back. (Well done!)
