Ratings & Reviews
Buying the Limited Edition of Mob Psycho 100? THAT'S AN EXCELLENT DECISION!

The art & animation is great. The whole ending is PAINT ON GLASS. The characters & their development are a driving force of the show & why it’s very endearing at times. Originally geared to be a slice of life, but turned more actiony, Mob's whole character goes against the generics of usual anime protagonists by striving to find his own way to live without depending on his powers or even using them at times. He is guided by his master, Reigen, a con artist who uses mob’s psychic powers to perform exorcisms (despite that sounding bad, he's also one of the best characters ever). Every character despite first appearances have motivations & depth that go beyond initial expectations that make you really care about them afterwards. The charm of show comes from the theme of growing oneself & the relationships between the characters as well as the poignant lectures & moral inklings. All this plus the quirkiness, humor & talking booger are all what creates the charm of mob psycho 100.
Purely Release Wise, Great Show
Regarding the release I just have to say how awesome the box art/design looks. Also, I had heard there were some mob psycho shorts/sprites in between episodes or something in Japan so it looks like they got them(!!) so I’m really excited for those as well.
My only disappointment regarding the release itself, is that funimation didn’t decide to make a premium box set for mob as I would have definitely thrown my money away for a poster, booklet, etc. Also, I’m not sure if they are going to add it or if the nice box is all we get, but I was hoping and thinking they would have added in some nice art cards of the Japanese blu ray volume covers similar to what they did with noragami aragoto.
Besides that, mob psycho 100 is just special.
