Wilting from too many profit sharing contracts

by

This manga is great. I enjoy both Dalhia and Volfred as characters. The inventions she brings to the table add this weird humor where I’m going… “woah, are we really going to get a full volume about socks?” and then, just like that, we do. I’ve learned more about foot fungus from this manga than I’d ever wanted to know (wonder how much is legit). If I was to pinpoint the things I don’t really like about this series it’s that I’m really unsure how I feel about the “friendship” between Dahlia and Volfred, because I’m certain that it’s going to lead to romantic developments (it is right?) and then I’m left wondering would it be better if they’d just remained friends. The other big problem I have with this series is how much time is spent talking about contracts and profit sharing agreements and all of the other of the most boring aspects of working as a merchant. It just gets super boring. Favorite part of this volume was Dahlia and Volfred’s dinner eating clams and talking about booze.
