This Lovely Complex (Love*Com) complete collection contains episodes 1-24.
Koizumi's just started high school, and she's got a little problem: for a girl, she's super tall! Meanwhile, her classmate Otani's got a big problem: he's virtually a midget, but still wants to join the basketball team. Written off as a bickering comedy duo by their teachers and classmates, the pair can't decide who's less likely to find love before graduating, and ultimately bet each other on who'll actually land a mate.
As the months progress, Koizumi starts seeing Otani in a new light: sure he's fun to hang out with and shares her love of all things Sea Monk, but maybe - just maybe - they might end up being more than friends, despite the fact that they'll never literally see eye to eye.

A cute series with no add-ons

This is a very bare-bones release. If you're looking for extra features, you won't find any. But the story is very enjoyable, and the art has aged fairly well compared to other older series. Take note that there are only subs, not a dub, in case that bothers you.
Osaka Awesomeness

Lovely Complex is the sweetest, craziest, most heartfelt, most spontaneous romcom I’ve seen thus far. And in Risa Koizumi it has a wonderful leading lady. She’s tough yet vulnerable, funny yet focused, psycho yet sweet. She’s all these contrasts in a tall, stylish package.
She’s vying for Atsushi Ohtani, whose obliviousness to her feelings borders on abject denial. But he too is supremely likable and the couple show a remarkable chemistry from the get-go that earns your full support.
It’s also just as well that this sub-only, because I can’t think of any English vocal cast doing justice to the “Osaka Awesomeness” on display here. It also helps that the subtitles are easy to follow.
All in all, a title worth owning.
A Fun Satisfying Romcom

Lovely Complex is one of my favorite series and I usually avoid buying only subs because I know my friends and family won't watch if they have to read, but for this series I made an exception. The only downfall of this release could be the yellow subtitles, as I know some are very against those. Although, besides that it is a decent basic release for a great series with a relatable heroine and a fun romcom with episodes that actually include the couple together! The ending is also pretty satisfying and covers the whole manga except for volume 17 that is set a few months into the future.

Lovely Complex is a straight up romantic comedy. It's funny and heart-warming, and all of the characters are adorable. Sometime the humor in a comedy show can get annoying if you watch it for too long. I've never had that happen with Love*Com. The humor is so well done, which is suitable for a show set in Osaka. The release itself is pretty bare bones, no extra content, and just subtitles for English, but I'm not really one for extra content, so I don't mind, and the price is fine for no dub. No stackcase with this one, though it is one of those cases where you have two discs overlapping on one side. So you do have to pay attention when you're putting the discs back in the case so you get them in the right order.
A Must Have

This anime is hilarious right from the start with funny dialogue, the delivery of it, along with the faces they make. And the video quality looks absolutely wonderful for a DVD. It almost has blu ray quality, and it really took me by surprise.
The only thing that looks off is the black outlines of the subtitles have jaggy edges. But it's not deal breaking.
If you like romance comedies, I feel confident saying you'll like this one.
An adorable romance with truly funny moments

This anime holds up so well for being the age it is. It has a lot of relatable moments and great voice acting. Be prepared to have your heart strings tugged just a little.
