Kind of a suprised

by -

im not a big fan of pop music fan but i was legitimately surprised with how much i actually enjoyed not only the music in this show. although sometimes the 3d performances can be a bit jarring at first but you get use to it after it a while the songs are catchy and fun so its defiantly one to pick up

Loving Love Live

We knew we would probably like this but we didn't realize we would love it from practically the first frame. I was hesitant, thinking that it would be mostly 'music' and not so much story. Since we love Slice of Life, we were very pleasantly surprised. I also thought 9 girls? How will we ever keep them straight! It's so easy since they each are very distinctive, yes, even the brunettes!

It's light, it's funny, it keeps us smiling throughout. We are already on Season 2 now, can't wait to watch the movie, and looking very forward to Love Live Sunshine being released through Rightstuf! !

I don't think anyone would be disappointed if they enjoy an upbeat musically inclined slice of life group of adorable girls.

Love Live is Love, Love Live is Life!

Love Live is my first Idol anime and I loved every bit of it.
I had to own the Blu-Ray DVD and here it is. I do love that there is a dub for people that like it but personally I really wouldn't think the dubbed version of the songs would fit in well in English.

Otherwise, Love Live is a very nice slice of life anime with adorable girls trying to save there school. The story has nine girls and each of them are very memorable because they have there own characteristics.

I've had the liberty of sharing Love Live to everyone I've met and they seem to have enjoyed the series to a point where we have debates over best girl.

Product: It is your average Blu-Ray disc with the Love Live girls all on one cover. The back has your general synopsis and information as well some more art scenes from the show.

Its definitely a series that you'll love and if you are open to new anime it will definitely open up a world of idols in your life!

Gotta get the next season now! You know....For my daughter... >.<

I actually bought this for my daughter, as she keeps asking to "read my books" and "watch a movie with me" buuuuuuut.... yeah that's not really an option. Haha. So I didn't want to keep saying no all the time, and I bought this so she could enjoy some Anime with me. I'll suffer through it for her sake. Turns out, this show is REALLY well done!! To put it simply, the story is quite good, the expressions and art are absolutely adorable. The english dub (which I usually make a sour face at) was really really well done compared to what I've heard on other anime. The inflections were done as well as if it were the Japanese voice actors, and the conversations flowed as they should. Truly, I was thoroughly impressed with the whole thing. You should absolutely own this show.

I for one welcome our new Idol overlords.

Let me just say right off the bat the worst thing about this show is the music. It's not terrible or even bad or unlistenable it's just very average.

What puts this as a possible Top 5 show for me a 38 year old man is the characters. The girls are absolutely adorable. There are some I wish they'd have fleshed out more but maybe the movie does that I haven't gotten to it yet.

These 13 episodes would have been enough it completes a story arc in a satisfying way but there's more....

and I want more still. Idols killed the Mecha star and I for one welcome our new Idol overlords.
