Flawed but still fun

by

This is a fairly enjoyable action show. The animation is pretty good, aside from some cg and the action scenes are great. The dub however is pretty bad. The voices at best are ok and at worst extremely annoying. Overall I would recommend this show for people who want a light hearted action show.

The Slayers In Space

Most people who grew up with anime in the 90's probably got around to this series. It's definitely nice to have it all in one collection now. It's definitely not known for its dub but it is a great lighthearted adventure,

A Lost Favorite of mine

Lost Universe is a show sometimes forgotten about because of Outlaw Star and Cowboy Bebop. But it stays in your head when you watch it. Highly recommended for space adventure fans.

Personally I loved it. It reminded me a lot of Slayers so I had to buy it. 9/10 would recommend.

A pretty darn good series.

Like most anime and manga, they have an EXTREMELY GOOD art style and this one is definitely no exception. Now, I only saw season 1 of Slayers and that was definitely fun to watch. This anime was also fun to watch as well. Interesting characters, somewhat innovative animation (a mix of CGI and celuloid animation preceding Futurama) good plot line and plenty of badass fight scenes from that orange haired dude, Kane Blueriver. As for the English dub track, not bad at all, though it isn’t exactly perfect, but pretty good casting though Canal’s voice can be annoying at times, but perfectly tolerable. And that’s pretty much it for me.
