About Living-Room Matsunaga-san Manga Volume 2

Living-Room Matsunaga-san manga volume 2 features story and art by Keiko Iwashita.

With the help of her housemates, high schooler Meeko begins to adjust to life in her uncle’s boarding house. Even the initially frightening Matsunaga-san helps her out—and soon enough, between one kind act and another, Meeko finds herself falling for him. Knowing that Matsunaga-san doesn’t see her that way, Meeko tries to keep her one-sided, budding feelings in check. But balancing first loves and final exams is a lot to handle, and when her grades begin to suffer, Meeko gets a sudden visit from her mother—who’s not so sure if Meeko’s responsible enough to be living on her own after all!

Living-Room Matsunaga-san Volume 02 Contains Chapters 05 - 08

Chapters 05 - 08: This volume was really fun and I enjoyed getting to know some of the other characters that live in the boarding house although we still haven't really gotten to know most of them too well yet. I am enjoying reading about Meeko and Matsunaga. The bonus chapter at the end about Sabaco the boarding house cat was fun as well.

She's just trying to do her best!

by -

Volume 2 continues the theme of the MC trying her best to be independent and prove that she can take care of herself. Just like in vol 1 though, that's not exactly how things turn out. We get even more scenes of Matsunaga playing mother hen and at this point I'm convinced the series is trying to see how many different excuses they can make to show him shirtless/without clothes (which I'm not even mad about). I'm excited for what volume 3 will bring us next!

Though it did take a while to arrive, it was well worth the wait. The book arrived in perfect condition too and was definitely packaged with care.

Awesome shojou to add to reading list

by -

Telling ya this art is nice! Stylish looking too. These characters range from all types. The quiet guy who loves the cat, the beautiful girl who's actually down to earth, the guy who's a player lol just all kinds of people under that roof but watch them get closer. I bought vol 1 randomly cause art looked nice. Had it on shelf for like a month. Finally read it and loved it. Had to buy next vols. Is cute love story but the difficulties of age involved. Theres a 10 year difference. Can throw people off but like I feel the guy won't do anything soon since he keeps telling himself she's a kid and that he's her mom and watching over her. I think author will pace this story good so that they can open up to each other. If not romantically as friends and a first crush at least.

High School Struggles

by -

In this volume, we see how Miko struggles to balance her school work with her housework and her feelings. Her mother visits her to check up and the bond between Miko and the others at the boarding house grows stronger. We get to see more of the other characters in this volume. I love the bonus story at the end of this one!
