im so surprised that there is no one writing comments here, but i believe a lotta people like this game so much, im giving 5 stars just for Toko. For those who already played this game pls give more 5 stars (:
I was looking for a good mystery/horror novel and this was the one that caught my attention. Took a while to complete and get the true ending, but overall I really enjoyed it.
The artwork looked beautiful (including the gore), and the story was amazing. Seeing the different ways the characters in the game get murdered makes you wonder how twisted a person can become.
One of the best part is piecing all the clues together that you gathered as you move along in the story, depending on which route you are in, you get more backstory of a certain character.
Sadly, I didn't feel attached to most of the characters that got murdered in the game as there was not much character development involved.
As a result, I give this game a 4/5 for its well written story, charming artwork, and haunting imagery, but lacks character development to feel attached to characters.
I guess you can say Kara No Shoujo is a disgusting yet beautiful visual novel and I definitely recommend it.
Give it a try!

this is one of the better VNs i played.
I went in to it thinking it would just be a good gorey game too play in time for Halloween, but its so much more.
You solve murders, and the characters you meet you start feeling empathy for and others just outright anger. Not to mention to true ending had me tearing up!
It's a great game, the Art is wonderful and despite some random H scenes that don't seem too fit the pacing of the story(like randomly sleeping with the coroner) Its worth a try for anyone who likes psychological horror games.
