Despite being a dog person, J-kun finds himself purr-suaded by their odd cuteness and thus begins his comedic struggle to gain the affection of his new feline friends.

Creepy but funny

If you are a fan of Junji Ito's work, I advise you to get this book. It's funny, creepy illustrated and it all deals with the two cats that are owned by Junji Ito himself and his fiancé.
Absolutely Brilliant

This was so adorable to read. It was creepy in the cutest ways. As is the usual with any book by Junji Ito, the artwork is beautiful! I really enjoyed reading this and I would definitely reccomend picking this up!
Hilarious and accurate

I’m a first time pet owner and reading this book was hilarious. I had many family members that were nervous about us getting a pet and then they clicked with him right away. So Junji Ito not being fond of the idea of getting a cat but then fighting for their affection is relatable. I also love how the art work of the cats goes from creepy to cute.
Cute and Creepy

I am a big Junji Ito fan, and this manga was very different and similar to all his other works. It was more lighthearted, dealing with Ito's real life with his two cats, and I found it utterly adorable. The art still had the creepy elements all his other art does, but it felt toned down here to account for the lighter tone of the manga. Overall very good, I enjoyed reading it a lot!!
