A Breath in Between the Action

After the climactic highs and intense action of vol. 3, vol. 4 is a bit of a breather in between important arcs. Most importantly, we are introduced to the newest member of Bell's group- the male blacksmith Welf Crozzo! It's nice to see another male character fall in with Bell, and he has good chemistry with both Lily and Bell as they form a dungeon-crawling battle party. It's at this point when we start to wonder if/when some of these characters in other familias, like Lily and Welf, will finally join Hestia familia...
This volume finishes up with 2 entertaining short stories; a fun filler tale with the Miach familia, and the very first days of Bell's time in Hestia familia. Not the most eventful volume, but a pleasant breather nonetheless.
