I like this show

Was pleasantly surprised by the dubbing on this show. Had already watched it multiple times on crunchyroll and such subbed and loved it then but the dubbing was really well done and enjoyable for those people that enjoy dubs. Otherwise it's a great story, predictable but very enjoyable. The score was very well done as well and draws you into this show even more.

Love this anime. Tons of action and humor!!!

This was a funny and interesting show. Bell is an eager young adventurer who falls in love with a female sword master, and struggles to grow stronger to be worthy of her.

The world is interesting: adventurers become part of the 'familia' of a god who has come down to earth in search of excitement. Their current video-game/rpg-style stats are tattooed on their backs.

If you are looking for a comedy or a dungeon-crawler, this will fit the bill nicely. Bell meets a wide variety of females, giving it a somewhat haremy feel, but the characters are enjoyable and the writing is good, so if you hate harems, this will probably not turn you off. It is quite fun seeing the ancient gods bickering amongst themselves, and following Bell's adventures.

Mature content: ecchi is reasonably mild-- revealing outfits, jiggling, mild groping and innuendo. I think much of the mature rating is due to the very bloody battle scenes. Be ready for splashing gore.

only watched the first episode of this anime online... I kind of liked it, but I kind of thought it was nothing special. I will prolly end up buying this one 1 or 2 years from now. maybe I will buy it sooner if I don't find other titles I want to purchase. anime about online games needs to be top notch, or it wont pass my standard. World of Warcraft wont cut it anymore. make a game that I can play (so upset I couldn't play phantasy star online2!!!!!) oh... pso2 was a good anime. :(

I loved this show in sub. I loved this show in dubbed. The voices were good in both.

The animation is beautiful and stunning.

The only downfall of this set is that you cannot put the subtitles on when it's in English dub mode. That is a definite no no for me. I want the ability to have them on when I watch the dub because sometimes i don't like turning the sound up super loud to hear something. Also it helps my friend who has a bit of a hearing issue to enjoy the anime too.

This needs to be addressed in my opinion. One star drop for this.

I have only watched the first three episodes and I am a bit disappointed. The dub was done pretty well and I think I would love the anime .... if I had not read the books. The first book is condensed into 3 episodes and a lot of the character development has been removed to condense it down. I was hoping that the anime would have been more like "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" where the books and the anime are almost identical. It is nice to see the characters brought to life though and I think it will be a good anime for anyone who has not read the light novels.

Dungeon (as I like to shorten it) is about a young adventurer named Bell Cranel, who is trying to become a hero in order to prove to himself that he can surpass his superior; Ais Wallenstein. He was one of my favorite things about the show. His character has a lot of heart and he really cares about the people around him. He's definitely one of my favorite protagonists that I've seen in a long time.

He joins Hestia's guild, and starts to make friends and become stronger. I really enjoyed the journey he went on, despite it being short. I would really like to see a season two, as I felt the conclusion left a lot to be desired.

Despite this, I would recommend this anime if you're looking for something like Log Horizon or Sword Art Online. I loved the dub from Sentai, and the bluray looks gorgeous in HD.

Cute, awesome, and funny! Even though the title to the anime is cheezy, but the anime it's self is otherwise!

A game from the gods!

We start off with Bell our main hero/adventurer. While he is weak and small he has a big goal. His goal is to become extremely strong so he can..... Get a girls attention while in a dungeon.

Bell is alone in his guild that's run by a goddess. Yes a goddess. In this world each main guild is run by goddess that helps grant them the ability to level up and continue adventuring deeper into the labyrinth's.

This show is loaded with adventure and courage as we witness Bell try his hardest to achieve his goals. You see growth, comedy, and intense combat.

I personally enjoy this show. It has a similar setting to shows like sword art online and log horizon. If you find yourself enjoying that style of show I highly recommend. I personally give this show a 90/100

I love this series and there is a great voice cast. Sentai Filmworks delivers a spectacular adventurous show.

this is worth owning. I watched 1 episode online a year or 2 ago, wasn't sure I would buy this anime. I really liked it so I decided I would buy it. this is one anime you will want to have on your shelf. this anime is really, really good.

Show has good action, comedy, great animation. Even has a dub for those that want to watch in English.

A fun take on D&D style adventure. Features a cliche hero, socially adept, that women fall all over, and he ignores. Besides that a fun light-weight anime romp.

the characters were well written and great to see the music was not too bad and the animation and sowend were great.

An outstanding anime with a great story. The characters are well-developed (pun intended) and keep you entertained throughout the show. The mythology that is introduced early in the show, keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Dungeons & Dragons done right! A good story, great characters and a whole lot of fun! Pair it with its sister series, Sword Oratoria for both sides of the story. I can't wait for the OVA release and hope this series will continue.

Great series. I would love to see a second season.

This anime is about Bell trying to become stronger to be able to be with the one he admires and takes you on a journey of a weak boy who goes through trials and gains strength and friends along the way it is a 12 episode anime both English dub and sub

One of my favorite shows it took me a while but I can't count how many times I rewatch it. I was so happy to catch it on sale. I'm glad I can add it to my anime collection.

From beginning to end, the show pulls in you with its compelling story, adventure, and characters. Specifically, the growth of main character of strength and abilities kept the excitement of watching all the episodes in one sitting. Dub of the show is also A+. Tags say Comedy, Fantasy, and romance, but comedy and romance are light. There are some light fan-service, so watch age appropriation.

Packaging is standard for a Sentai release, comes with two discs. Extras are clean OP/ED animations and Trailers.

Overall, great show. One to definitely add to a collection.
