A very sweet story with elements of kawaii
by Anime Psychosis
I picked up this title on a whim while awaiting the dozen or so other titles I read to come out with new volumes. And I'm glad I did.
This is a story set in a fantasy world of swords, magic and adventurers. The main character Dale is a teenage adventurer who while on a quest finds an abandoned little demon girl. Upon finding the remains of her parent he decides to take her home with him to care for her. The two form a strong bond after working through some communication problems.
This is a sweet story with nice artwork, loveable characters, especially Latina (The little demon girl) who you just can't help but fall in love with. Most otaku would call her "kawaii"
Doting Dad and Demon Daughter
by Christopher -
This series seems is a doting dad with a cute kid in a fantasy setting. There is not tons of growth from the main dad character, Dale, as he seems well adjusted. You are really here to see the cute demon daughter who interacts with others and overcomes the prejudice against her kind. It goes over very well and there is not much tension or hate directed against her specifically as her honest and kind nature overcomes everything easily. If you are here for a cute kid developing without too much Goblin Slayer like conflict, then this is a good buy. If you are looking for something more thoughtful, consider another series.
