Meanwhile, the Mafia is researching the members of the mysterious and deadly Troupe, but even the most foolproof database contains no information on them. But there's only one place where goons can avoid registration: Meteor City, the junkyard of the world!

backstory
by Evan -
Getting an escape sub-plot and troupe backstory all in one? yes please! This volume tells some of the phantom troupe's origins, which is a nice touch that helps bring the current story full-circle. I only wish that there were more characters involved from meteor city, it would push the action to 11 out of 10. All in all, a good read.
