Not a how to draw more a how to submit

This book isnt like the other How to Draws this book is based on one put out in Japan about how to submit your shojo for publication. While it does have a few chapters on characters and story development the last half of the book lists critiques on a 'submitted' comic to show what the person could improve on and then lists the requirements and prizes (from 2006) for abour 4-5 shojo magazines like hana to yume and lala. its a good read either way but its not all character/background help.
