Move over DBZ, a some new motivation has appeared!

I purchased the first two volumes of this manga because I had been seeing stuff about it online more frequently. From the little bit that I had seen of this series I wanted to check it out. Mostly the series focuses on his exercise and how to preform all of the workouts. Splash a little bit of that anime goodness onto it and that is what you've got right here. It has anime girls, great comedy, awesome references to other anime/manga, some ecchi stuff, and some really useful tips for people who do actually want to workout or wants to start working out. After reading the first volume of this I can honestly say that I do feel inspired to eat better, exercise more and just to want to live a better healthy life. I know it is cheesy to say but honestly the workouts that they talk about are simple and easy so anyone could do them. Step by step instructions, what to do and what not to do, I couldn't ask for a more fun way to want to live a more proactive lifestyle.

This has easily become one of my favorite anime ever, so decided to get the manga to round out the whole collection. I’m pretty active in my life so finding a series that is all about that is so incredible. They do such a great job breaking down the exercises for beginners. The characters are hilarious. I love everything about this series and I think it is a must read.
