I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Media about the dark/corrupt side of superheroes has grown in popularity in recent years and Go! Go! Loser Ranger is an interesting new edition to the genre that looks into corrupt Super Sentai / Power Rangers. The story has many engaging action scenes, creative character designs, and a few lighthearted moments to prevent the story from feeling too serious. My one complaint is that it feels like it tries to fit a bit too much content into the first volume, but admittedly I do have ADHD so it might just feel that way to me because I struggle to focus on something for a long time even if I am enjoying it lol

TLDR: Great art, great action, and really creative character designs. A little dense for a first volume IMO but I’m still excited to see what happens

Not a good start.

The premise of corrupt “Power Rangers” sounded like a fun concept so I gave this book a chance. I did not enjoy this book at all, it was a struggle just to finish it. The art was ok but, there were waaaaayyyy to many repetitive word balloons. Frequently it was difficult discern which character was speaking, or if the characters were speaking or thinking. The most disappointing aspect of this book to me was the constant tendency to tell in words rather than show in pictures. This is a visual medium it’s much better when there are less words and the reader gets to interpret the images. I don’t think I will bother picking up volume two, there are so many better stories out there to choose from.

A series built on fan service!

Fantastic series about how Sentai series is viewed as a dark POV from the rangers. I highly recommend this series to anyone who likes Power Rangers/Sentai / Kamen Rider. I'm always looking towards the next chapter
