Gluten-free GLORY!!!

As a gluten-sensitive person, I deeply appreciate this excellent recipe book. The recipes, which include suggestions for ingredient substitutions and thorough instructions, also provide estimates of prep time so you can plan accordingly. In addition to mouthwatering recipes, the book also includes guides to identifying and buying gluten-free ingredients; a list of mail-order sources for difficult-to-find ingredients; a full bibliography; measurement conversion charts; and a beginner's guide to selecting, buying, and drinking sake. I LOVE making and eating the roasted eggplant with sweet miso glaze.
