This story will hurt you in the best way possible

by -

For those who watched the anime, volume two ends right after the concert. The manga feels a bit fast paced compared to the anime, but it doesn't leave anything out. It still follows the anime closely though of course it has the typical added charms a manga would have, like little background things, character profiles and four panel side stories ect. I do feel the story in manga form still holds up and is strong, but the anime is definitely stronger with the added music. I look forward to the next volumes though since they'll most likely go farther then where the anime left off!

Realistic Progression

by -

I love that this series actually focuses on the plot and develops real characters be without bogging down in typical yaoi tropes. (That irritating chick from volume one is gone... and hopefully stays gone.) This volume tugs at the heart and pulls you in. When the guys are upset, not only is it palpable, but they actually deal with it! It progresses realistically so that when they're happy or excited, you feel that, too. This is one of my favorite current series. Highly recommended.

Great buy

Istg this series is realistic. Like the hardships and heartbreak. Def recommend if you want a story. I literally wanted to cry after reading and whenever I hear the songs I can feel the emotion. I haven't watched the anime and bought this randomly but I'm so glad.
