About Given Manga Volume 1

Given manga volume 1 features story and art by Natsuki Kizu.

Sometimes a song can save your life.

Ritsuka Uenoyama is bored with it all—with school, with his basketball club, and even with his one true passion: playing guitar. Until the day he finds his favorite hidden napping spot occupied by a strange boy cradling a broken-stringed guitar. At first, Uenoyama is nonplussed by Mafuyu Sato and his slightly odd behavior, but when, on a whim, he asks the other boy to sing, the power of Mafuyu’s voice pierces him to the core.

In perfect condition to have a perfect reading session

Have you watched the anime version? I did for sure, and i need more. I wanted a good price for it so I found it best to come back and buy it here. It came in perfect condition. As well as, I am a manga collector and not once did I have to notify them about any damage. Having Given in my collection make me happy because I even ordered the next volume ahead of time.

I originally saw the anime and absolutely loved it! And usually anime doesn't always give you everything the manga had and you miss something. I'm so glad I bought volume 1, it didn't disappoint and if you want a great music yaoi with interesting love stories and some sad backstories thrown in then this is the one. I also recommend listening to the anime's music, it's so good!

Even volume 1 made me cry lol

Having watched the anime first, I decided it would be a good idea to read the source material. I was a bit apprehensive since a story about music in manga form seems a little silly to me, but this is honestly probably one of the best manga I've ever read. The art is beautiful and the story is tragic, yet heartwarming. If you were a fan of the anime, definitely read the manga!
