Disappointingly shoddy release

This was one of my favorite comedies back in the day, so I was really excited when I saw this was going blu. If you like perverted girls, crude jokes, and lots of panty shots, then this show is for you. 9/10
But this release has shameful production compared to the original dvds:
- Music is at least 2x louder than it needs to be and completely drowns out the dialogue. Without subs then you wouldn’t understand anything.
- Music also sounds like it is funneled through a tin can, completely lifeless and ear-piercing. Most notable are the OP/ED, which also have blurry lyric subs. Strangely, the credit-less versions sound better with clearer subs.
- En/disable subs on the main menu but there's no marking that shows selection.
- no pop-up menu
- Eps are broken into only 3 sections: intro, after OP, and midpoint. This means you have to FF through the ED everytime to catch the after-credit scenes and previews or else it’ll skip to the next ep.
I'll be wary of buying any more MB releases.
