A "best of" compilation movie of the original, classic Gatchaman

by

This is not new animation.

It's a compilation movie with footage from 4-5 selected episodes of the original Gatchaman TV series.

That said, it might be a nice gateway/intro for people who are reluctant to get into the original series.

These are good episodes that have been culled from the series starting with the episode with the "turtle king" mecha (the very FIRST episode of Gatchaman?) which was perhaps the best-known Galactor vessel of the entire series.

I only knocked off a star because in principle I HATE compilation movies but I still love Gatchaman!

Recommended for new fans and completists who have to have every piece of Gatchaman out there... Otherwise, the original series is still the best Gatchaman by far.
