About Food Wars Manga Volume 12

Food Wars! Volume 12 features story by Yuto Tsukuda and art by Shun Saeki.

Soma Yukihira's old man runs a small family restaurant in the less savory end of town. Aiming to one day surpass his father's culinary prowess, Soma hones his skills day in and day out until one day, out of the blue, his father decides to enroll Soma in a classy culinary school! Can Soma really cut it in a place that prides itself on a 10 percent graduation rate? And can he convince the beautiful, domineering heiress of the school that he belongs there at all?!

The Fall Classic concludes with a historic first—a three-way battle for the Finals! The ingredient chosen to grace the grandest stage is an autumn staple, pike. But with such a tight time limit, what incredible dishes can finalists Soma, Hayama and Kurokiba possibly create?! Find out in volume 12 of Food Wars!

No actual swordfighting will occur

by -

Focusing on the final match of the Autumn Selection, this is the closest match that Soma has faced so far. Focusing on fish, we get to see three dishes being created at once, with three wildly different cooking styles on display. Will our hero come out on top? It may be closer than you think.

Printed on the usual high quality paper, with nice clear images and text.

Final!!!

3 ways final for the first time in the history of the academy. The battle is intense, and that cliffhanger at the end just make you want more.

Amazing volume

Volume 12 of Food Wars nears the end of the current arc of the print release. The art is still top notch and the battles are super hype. I cant wait to pick of more of this wonderful series.

Let the Final Battle Begin

Here it is the final round of the Fall Classic. I have been so excited about finishing this arc and seeing where all the characters are going to be in terms of their growth, not only as chefs, but as friends. And it was worth the wait. This volume was so good and the ending was well earned.
