Best Anime Adaption!!

by -

Once again, Ufotable knocks it out of the park with another adaptation of Type-Moons most beloved visual novels. This film is faithful to the 3rd route with beautiful animation, excellent music along with aimers end credits song 'Hana no Uta', as well as the best character development for two of the main characters of this Epic story. I definitely cannot wait to watch this film again as well as Heaven's Feel Part 2: The Lost Butterfly.

A must watch movie.

Heaven's Feel is probably the most drama packed route of the Fate Stay/Night VN. The visuals, music, and directing is spot on in this movie. Ufotable has stepped up their game since 2014's UBW. The limited edition is a must have for Fate fans. This is a perfect start for what's to come. Looking forward for the next movie later this year.

Perfect All Around

This was part of my first purchase on RightStuf, and I was quite skeptical, to be honest, when browsing and purchasing my items. I really enjoy the Fate series, in particular, that of Ufotable Production. I purchased this with another item as a pre-order and was eagerly waiting. When the item had finished its pre-order timeline, it immediately shipped and arrived shortly after. The package was also very well packaged and tightly wrapped. These were all very good signs and it only got better. The product itself was impeccable and I am very happy with the collectibles. This is a must for any collector or fan of the Fate series. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and look forward to the next Fate movie!

Not on FZ’s level but better than UBW.

The film is as high production value as it gets! The action, battles, and visuals are amongst the leading in the industry. However the biggest barrier to entry here is that the movie throws an “AMV intro” at us recapping the events of the first few episodes of UBW in bare minutes, making it impossible for unknowing viewers to grasp the plot.

In terms of presentation, the dub is mediocre but the packaging is nice. Also for some reason AoA decided to make the case DVD size rather than Blu Ray, making this set an inch taller than your other Blu Ray collection of Fate entries that are already on your shelf.

Heaven's Feel- The suspense will have you on the edge of your seat

by -

I received this product yesterday, and I'd say that it's definitely worth the price. The bluray has an aesthetic and easy to use menu, with options for both the English dub and Japanese with English Subtitles versions of the film, as well as all CM's and Trailers along with interviews with the English cast included in it's Extras.

Fate/stay night Movie: Heaven's Feel - I. presage flower is a masterpiece of a film, with wholly unearthly levels of quality in animation, a well written story, and a good soundtrack to boot. A note- If you have not had the pleasure of viewing Fate/Stay night [Unlimited Bladeworks], I would not recommend seeing this film until you have. Otherwise, enjoy this wonderful film!

Weird Height

by -

Really wish they kept these the same height as the other fate sets, this just looks really awkward next to the other sets on a shelf. Other than that great set!

A must-have for your Fate collection!

by -

As a huge fan of Fate Zero and Fate Stay Night UBW, I was sure I was going to love this movie. The Heavens Feel route has more than enough twists to keep you on the edge of your seat. Initially, I was shocked by how different it was, but I think its a good thing that it was able to keep me guessing. I simply loved the story. The animation and soundtrack are to die for. The box is very nice, and the box art is gorgeous. I think while it is relatively pricey, what it comes with makes up for it. All in all, I don't regret the purchase.

Heavenly Limited Edition Set

by -

Fate Stay Night Heaven's Feel Limited Edition Blu-Ray set is a great shelf piece for any Fate fan or Anime collector in general. The box art on this set is absolutely gorgeous. Not only is the front beautiful, but the back and side of the box look great as well. The Blu-Ray case looks amazing, and I really like the look of the purple flames surrounding the servants. I was very happy to get the soundtrack to this movie, and I recommend anyone to listen to the soundtrack because it's great. The Art Book and Illustration Material booklet are nice to have as well. I really enjoyed looking through the Art Book with many pictures being either beautiful or very funny. I highly recommend any fan of this film to buy this Limited Edition set. It is a little spendier, but I totally believe that with all the great products included with this set that the price is justified.

This Limited Edition set definitely made me Feel like I was in Heaven. ;-)

Beautiful Collector's Edition

by -

This is a sleek and stylishly designed box set with some great bonus content for fans of the series! The cover illustration by Takashi Takeuchi is crisp and vibrant, and so are the illustrations included in the art book. While small, it's of surprisingly good quality, with a hardcover binding and thick pages. It features key visuals released for the movie as well as artwork from promotional materials. There are a few here that I had yet to see, so I was very impressed! The animation materials booklet includes various interviews with the actors and crew; the conversations with the director, Tomonori Sudo, were especially interesting and provided insight for details in the film I otherwise would not have noticed. All and all this an edition well worth its price and I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Pricey, but a great collector's edition

Heaven's Feel was my favorite route in the visual novel, and it was nice to see it brought to life in ufotable's fantastic style.

This release itself is high quality. The box is sturdy, the cover art is vibrant, and the extras (a soundtrack and hardcover art book) are nice to have. My only complaint is that the silver border surrounding the cover art has worn away in a few spots. Overall, however, I am quite satisfied. I saw the second movie in theaters recently and will definitely be pre-ordering that one when it is available.

Sakura's and Shirou's Tender Friendship is a Major Appeal of the Film

by -

I watched the English dub of the film, and I quite liked Cristina Vee's performance as Sakura. She was a background character who I didn't pay much attention to in Unlimited Blade Works, but Vee conveys her timidity and sweetness well. She's a really good, attractive little sister character, and it's through my knowledge of Fate/Zero that I'm interested in seeing the concealed, broken aspects of her personality.

The best part of this film was the warm relationship between Sakura and Shirou, and the downtime that features them and Taiga. Sakura's an essential part of his home, and she gained some confidence/compassion through Shirou's caring nature...and this may bring much unforeseen pain in the future.

Also, even though the VAs for Lancer and Zouken are the same, Lancer doesn't sound as cool/confident as he did in UBW, and Zouken doesn't sound like a snake, compared to his portrayal in Zero. Shinji's jealousy/inferiority complex makes him more interesting as well.

Great Purchase!

If you love the fate series definitely buy heavens feel presage flower! The movie is amazing, the story, animation, everything about it will make you love the fate series even more. The art book that comes with is great and the cover for the dvd itself is beautiful. Really satisfied with this purchase and it’s definitely a 5 star for me

If you like Fate, buy this!

The limited edition case is very nice and the soundtrack is a nice bonus! Overall, it's a great value. As for the movie, the animation is beautiful and of all the Fate routes, this one, in my opinion, is the best!

Lives up to expectations

by -

Perfect release for an incredible movie. Actually feels worth the money, unlike some other "Limited Edition" sets I have purchased in the past, will definitely be ordering the next one and part 3 whenever it's out.

Just get it already!

by -

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The collector's edition is of phenomenal quality and is a must for fans of the Fate Series.
I enjoyed the commentary in the art book, especially.
It all comes in a nice case which is what the listing image is.
The animation is spectacular and is up to par with the rest of the work done by this studio.
It is also cheap considering everything that is included. Don't hesitate to get this !

Absolutely stunning

Studio ufotable has proven that they only get better with time. I became a Fate/Stay Night fan last year during the pandemic. I was always curious about the series, so I decided to delve in, because I had time. Man, am I glad I did. As far as adaptations go, the work that ufotable has done is absolutely incredible, they truly are one of the best in the industry. This first movie of a three part trilogy is absolutely stunning. Everything from the music, the voice acting, to the animation is extremely high quality. This limited edition release is also exquisite, the art on the box just pops out. I love the soundtrack, the artbook and interview book just add something extra to this already excellent package. Funnily enough, after all this praise, I feel this is the "least one" of the trilogy. Let that sink in. Absolutely recommended, but first go experience the Fate Route and the Unlimited Blade Works in whichever form way you like. You won't regret it.
