I've hear the story is a bit different from the anime, in which case I had to buy the manga and find out. I love Hajime Ueda art style, the minimalism yet the features that determines the character are present (love it), as a good example as reference would be the ED art work for the monogatari series. Plus you can never go wrong with FLCL shenanigans. Thicker than what I expected and smaller compared to a regular manga or light novel but it feels great while holding it.
