About Eromanga Sensei Manga Volume 1

Eromanga Sensei Manga Volume 1 features story and art by Tsukasa Fushimi the creator of Oreimo.

Writing light novels isn’t all that easy, especially when you’re in high school…and you have to do the cooking and the chores for your shut-in stepsister who’s hardly come out of her room the past year! In the light novel business, it’s crucial to have the right person illustrating your books to help them sell—and maybe get made into manga and anime! But in a world of online pen names, the author and the illustrator may still not even know each other…until one day they realize they’ve been living in the same house all along! Now the home life of confident writer Masamune Izumi and his reclusive sister Sagiri—aka the artist “Eromanga Sensei”—will be a drama to compare with their rising careers, their restive fan base, and their rivals in the industry!

Yes, yes, yes !!! A thousand times yes !!!

First thing...I absolutely loved the anime. I discovered it, and watched it, before I ever bought the manga. Loved it enough to buy the manga when it became available...even though i hesitated for just a second simply because I already knew the story. And because after streaming the anime I had already purchased the Blu-Ray. So....did I need the manga? Nope. I was already quite happy. But...we all know that an anime, and a manga, though they be of the same story, are always, at least just a little, different from each other. So, yes, I volume 1 of the manga...loved it as well...and will be getting volume 2, and all volumes that follow. Yeah...I'm a fan of this series. No doubt about it. Buy it. Read it. Watch it. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would.
