Ratings & Reviews
For $80 you get 6 episodes. Six. Oh, but at least you get a pamphlet smaller than most videogame manuals about the show.
Worth it for huge Durarara!! fans

Even though it is pricey for just 6 episodes (as expected from Aniplex), it is a treasure for huge Durarara!! fans! They have the art booklet and postcards featuring the illustrations that were the covers of the Japanese home release and illustrations from the drama cd and song covers. With the bonus stuff that was part of the Japanese limited edition release of these episodes, I am happy to invest in 6 episodes with such content as a fan of Durarara!! from beginning till the end! :)
Aniplex, You Bastards
I buy a lot of Aniplex releases, but this is ridiculous. 15 bucks an episode? For a season (Shou) that got dreadful reviews? For a booklet and some postcards in a slipcase? That's insanity. I have the 150 dollar lunchbox edition and it's really a shame that I will never be able to finish my Durarara collection unless nobody buys this and it goes on sale.
Fantastic anime, however a bit pricey.

Durarara is one of my favorite anime of all time, and buying the season 2 on blu-ray is worth it for any huge fan of the series. However, this is an Aniplex release, and therefore I was not surprised seeing the huge price for only 6 episodes. I still think it is worth it however, especially for huge fans of the series like myself. And least it comes with a few extra collectibles as well that you can enjoy.

The product may seem expensive, you're paying $80 for 6 episodes, however this is completely worth it for any huge fan of the Durarara series. Incredible anime, extremely original, and a fantastic English dub too. On top of that, it does come with some additional goodies, like a brochure about the anime, some postcards, and a great box. Be sure to only purchase if you're a really big fan of this anime. If not, I recommend you wait for another, more cheaper release. I was very satisfied with this purchase.
Not the best, not the worst

I'm an anime collector who buys a lot of imports straight from Japan. I'm used to AoA prices by now, so let's get that out of the way. I don't mind paying high prices, but I do expect to get content worth what I pay. This release, as a whole, is pretty average, to be honest. We are treated to a few postcards and a nice slipcase. It's a pretty typical AoA release. Nothing significantly wrong with it, but the on-disc extras are quite lacking and unfortunately do not have any interviews, making-ofs, or anything like that. What you're really paying for here is JP video quality, and the privilege of owning a good show. I am not against that, but even by AoA standards, they could have done much better. If you really want to own this show, I do recommend this release, but it's not going to blow your socks off.
Durarara back for another season!!
by TMAN -
I was thrilled when Durarara came back to Blu-ray for another season of great episodes! I was shocked when I read bad reviews for this arc and can honestly tell you that I have enjoyed every minute of it. This set is definitely pricey...when it comes to Aniplex releases, I simply cannot afford to get all the shows I want. I have to pick my titles carefully, but this one was a no brainer for me because it is one of my all-time favorites! If you enjoy personable characters, great artwork, and an engaging storyline, then you need to give Durarara a chance. The Blu-ray presentation is gorgeous with bright colors and crisp lines. All in all, a solid entry in the Durarara world and a nice addition to my collection!

I enjoyed the anime I just ain't happy about the price
But in the end it's kinda to be expected with a AOA release .
So with that out of the way I just wanna say I enjoy the eps that this came with (6 eps) with the extra goodies it came with
Definetly a must buy for fans of the anime ;)
